Returns
-Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
-Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

*Opened diapers, wipes, or hygiene products
*Opened baby care or personal care items
Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)
*Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
*Exchanges are subject to product availability.
*Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
*Exchange requests are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
-Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
-Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
-Delivery fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
-We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
